SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) within 1 – 3 business days. We currently ship only within the United States. We will email a USPS tracking number to you as soon as your package ships.
In the hot summer months, we ship your orders in insulated mailers that include an ice gel. However, be sure to remove your package from your mailbox or doorstep immediately as the insulated mailer cannot retain the chill under the scorching heat. If your product arrives melted or too cold, its nutrients remain the same, so just bring it back to room temperature and it will reconstitute. If you have any concerns about your order, please

Please be sure the address you provide is accurate. If your product is sent to the address you provided and it is wrong or is stolen we cannot send you a replacement or offer a refund. If you change your mind about a product or scent we cannot send you a replacement or refund.
Please note that our products are all natural so there may be slight variation in consistency and color between batches.
